ROOTED S4..

Hi all..
I have just rooted my Galaxy S4(4GEE UK) with the Playstore Edition Root but the wifi 'button' will not slide over to get me access...
Is there a way of getting this back onto my phone?
Also, How do i update the phone to 4.3 now that it has been rooted?

Neil here is a good place to start on general info now that you want to hack your phone.

It's a ton of information that might take a few passes before it makes sense but a great guide for our phones.

Relative to your issue I do not have an easy fix that I can offer but there are ways you can bring your phone back to "stock" in that post. Back to stock should resolve wifi and then you can try rooting again.
