Rooted / Safestrap S4 - Unable to shut down

I have a rooted / safestrap Verizon S4 running VRUFNC5.

I can't power this phone down. When I do, it just restarts again. Pulling the battery and putting it back in automatically restarts the phone as well once it's connected to power. It's bizarre. It's like I can't shut it down, it just restarts. Anyone have this?

Definitely sounds like a power button malfunction. No software malfunction will cause the phone to start by itself when putting battery back in

Its a known issue with Safestrap on S4. Particularly the version that works with NC5/NG6.
