i missed something, what did you do to your replacement? or did it come broken?

The new one came broken ... more so then the one i was replacing!!!!!

My old EVO suffered from the charger port problem. The new one thinks its always charging, yet won't charge at all. Sprint won't even give me back my old phone which at least charged, although it was a real PITA. Instead what they are having me do is drive back to the Sprint store once a day to switch out batteries?? And to make things even better they are closed on Monday so when my phone dies tomorrow, it's dead until Tuesday when they open back up.

I'm a little frustrated right now to say the least, not about getting a replacement phone thats broken, but about their ridiculous work-around of having me drive to their store everyday rather than give me back my other EVO which they still have it in the store (they told me this).

Are they at least giving you a credit or something to make up for the driving? And why couldn't they give you an external battery charger or something? That would make more sense. But I guess I shouldn't expect Sprint to do something that makes sense. LOL
