Rooted. what next?

thx. got my swype back. i really appreciate you and everybodyelses help but i have one more question about the ROM: when i plug my phone into my PC via USB, i have a thing in the status bar to click which takes me to a screen where i can mount my SD card to my PC. when i click on this after installing this ROM nothing happens. any fixes or workarounds you know of? thx

Not sure if there is a fix for it, but you can get to the USB Storage screen by going into enabling or disabling USB debugging:

Settings>>Applications>>Development>>USB debugging

If you need that checkbox checked, just press the back button, check it (or uncheck as needed), and it will take you back to the USB Storage screen.
