rooting 2.3.6

I have tried both easy root and oneclick and get read only file system every time. I have drivers installed and run the file at cmd prompt with administrator on windows 8. Anyone had any sucess getting around readonly file system errors.

just use clockwork mode touch instead(search it), same process though

Thanks Trevalkin I was able to root my SkyRocket phone. Now to flash cyanogenmod
