I have a 2015 Note 4 using Android v5.0.1. To uninstall sublime unwanted apps it needs to be rooted. I can't seem to find instructions for this particular phone.

If you know how, please respond.

Thanks.

I don't think permanent root was ever achieved for the Verizon or AT&T variants of the Note 4. I could be wrong, check the XDA Developer forums.

Muzzy, you're right. You can do a temp root through Kingo, but you'll lose SU ability once restart. If you're just trying remote Verizon and Samsung bloatware, you can use debloatware, this doesn't require root access. You can swing by the Verizon XDA forum for more info.

Thanks. Yeah, I'm wanting to get rid of some of the Google and other crap.

That's why I asked about your carrier. Verizon and AT&T won't ever get my money because of the locked bootloaders.
