Rooting an OTA ICS Updated Sensation

I had a rooted Sensation running GB, successfully unrooted and updated the OTA ICS update from tmobile. Would not like to root again..... any successful methods out there so I can put titanium back on it and freeze some apps?

The ICS update has an option where u can DISABLE some apps.

Yes, correct..... thanks. However, some of the more offending apps only have uninstall updates option, not disable. Appreciate the reply!
