Rooting and ICS

Right now my SGSII is rooted. I assume to install ICS I will need to unroot correct or do I need to unroot + wipe? Also, I know ICS is only a few days new to our phones. Any word on root in ICS? I would rather wait until root is out before I take the jump.

Here's a link to both the stock and "unbloated" versions, courtesy of AJ Newkirk at XDA forums. They are both pre-rooted, and the "unbloated " one runs great for me. I was previously running a rooted stock version of ATT's 2.3.6, and flashed the rooted ICS right over the top of it with no issues.
