Rooting and ROM question

I rooted my phone when I first got it about 3 months ago. I know I did the unrevoked3 with adding the Superuser app. I honestly haven't been keeping up with the latest and greatest out there and I am not sure if I added another ROM or not (I have the ROM Manager app).

My question is how can I tell what I have other than looking in the About Phone section? I am getting this annoying update and understand the experts here are in the process of seeing how this can be bypassed. I want to eventually get rid of the update notification and get a better ROM (if I even have a non-stock one).

I appreciate any help....sorry Newbie here!!

Here's how you make the notification go bye-bye.

in the build.prop the line that says

ro.build.fingerprint=verizon_wwe/inc/inc/inc:2.2/FRF91/xxxxxx:user/release-keys

Change to:

ro.build.fingerprint=verizon_wwe/inc/inc/inc:2.2/FRF91/264707:user/release-keys

And viola no more nagging for the OTA.
