Rooting and Roms.

Has anyone rooted or rom'd there intercet yet. THe wifey has one and after doing my optimus s she is wanting me to do her's.

I've rooted, but I refuse to rom. Mainly rooted to remove the sprint crap apps that can't be moved to sd or flat out ininstalled, and to run Barnacle Wifi (legacy is no longer and the regular works). It was a very painless (3 minute) task, once I got the computer to recognize the phone.

I was had a Moment before my Intercept. I rooted and rom'd the crap out if it. I have not rooted my Intercept yet. I am just wondering why you refuse to use custom roms on the intercept.
