Rooting help I9505

Hi,

I have a samsung s4 I9505 on Android 4.2.2, I attempted to root the device however after using the root status checker, the device was stating "Not rooted". How do I root my phone?

Check your baseband number the last three digits will be something like mdl mfc but if your mf3 you will have a different rooting method specific to mf3. So take a look by going into about phone and look at your last three letters of your baseband version. If you are mf3 head over to xda developers and you will find your specific method for rooting mf3 there. If your not mf3 you should be able to root by following your carrier specific instructions at xda in your carrier specific Android development area. However if you are mf3 that's likely the problem.you must follow specific instructions for mf3. Hope this helps. Best wishes

It's MF4 baseband version. What shall I do?

Get ODIN and use CF Auto root from XDA. It takes two minutes.

My baseband changed after a update, heres my new baseband version.
