Not possible

I hate it when people say things are "not possible". I usually see it in Microsoft support forums. I expected more from an Android enthusiast forum.

If you can get adb and fastboot working, you can unlock your bootloader and transfer files to your device as needed: [Guide][ARM now supported] Android development/debugging on ChromeOS - ADB & fastboot - xda-developers

Just a reminder - this is a forum for the Epic 4g Touch. Probably why the question didn't get any traction.

The other thing to remember is the Chromebook isn't really a PC, so ADB may not be able to run for it.
