Rooting Question

I've rooted my Infuse and used Titanium Backup to freeze the AT&T preinstalled apps I didn't want running all the time and never use. One question I have been wanting to know is if I am running Launcher Pro or ADW Launcher is there a reason I can't freeze twlauncher to keep Touchwiz from loading at all? I don't want to just try it and then have to do a factory reset on my phone.

thats a good question, i'm not sure that you can freeze the default launcher.

I have been using Launcher Pro as well. As soon as I made it the default launcher, I haven't seen the twlauncher running since. I confirmed this before commenting here, using System Tuner. Could that be why it isn't freezing? because it isn't running?

I haven't tried freezing twlauncher. I was just wondering if it was possible. So you can confirm that it is not running when using an alternative launcher?

Correct. Once you make it your default (always LP, not where it gives option between the 2 when you hit the home button), twlauncher isn't called upon unless you open the app. If you've recently opened it, force close it. You shouldn't see it anymore.
