Rooting the SGSII

Hey guys, I have been glancing through the XDA Forums on the SGSII (AT&T), and don't know up from down on how to decipher any real rooting instructions or guides. Just looking for a little info on what I might need to root my SGSII lol. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I used that method. Note that you have to unplug/replug it in at step 6.
