Rooting your infuse: Why?

Go to xda.... They can help without a jig. You can restore it. Just root again but flash the infused rom. Does a great job.

Edit.. The infused rom will remove all att bloat. You have to be very careful when removing out freezing apps. And be extra careful with apps on the market. Use titanium backup if you want to freeze or uninstall stuff while rooted.

Yes you can in most cases fix it without a jig, however a JIG is the easiest. All you do is plug it into your infuse and it throws it into download mode so you can flash a new rom on it.

no time for a jig,I need the thing fixed asap.
I drive for a living and wont be back after leaving today for at least 3 weeks.
Seriously having second thoughts on getting another one,might just let them keep
it under the 30 return thing . . . . . .

It's not hard to fix it. Have you even looked over at the other website or asked for help there? I promise you it can be fixed. Seems you just get on here to complain about it instead of doing anything about it.

Exactly, also I think that if this is all Greek to you perhaps you shouldn't have attempted such a task. Although east to do it is equally easy to mess up if directions are not followed to a t.

Regardless, the phone won't fixed itself by complaining but by actions. Start by going to the other forum and posting your problem there.

Got the phone flashed once I had some clear directions to do so,I'm not near computer savy
so most of the terms/procedures are "GREEK" to me.
Similar to if I asked you to "In-Frame" and run the over head and index my injectors
on my 600HP Caterpillar
Make more sense to you now?

I need a rooted phone for tethering my laptop,outside of that its all fluff

Flash,Rom,Kernel ????

Ive lived working with my hands,not pushing buttons and keys
I learn by watching and then replicating,
My world, to nerds and geeks is pretty scary due to physical labor
There is no "Easy" button here

certainly they are for everbody,just some have different needs for,verses others

Dude aint got gas or smokes but he is FLASHED,ROOTED and Rom'd to the MaX
