Can you flash roms using the rooting method called unrevoked 3 or unrevoked forever and can you flash updates such as cm6 roms? Next, whats the best rooting method, and finally whats the best recovery.

Yes you can flash roms using the Unrevoke method not sure about cm6 stables but you can flash the nighties plus a whole bunch of other roms!
