rotate screens 360? (Defeat Briefing on Tab S3)

So, is there a way to rotate the home screens 360 degrees--that is, when you get to screen 5, for instance, now, you have to keep swiping left to get to screen no. 2 , instead of continuing to go right, "around the world," so to speak, so the next screen after 5 to the right would be one (the home screen). There were ways to turn this "lock" of the full rotation off in some devices, but here, Samsung has Briefing installed. I've disabled that (would rather just use Flipboard). Doesn't help.
