Rotating Wallpaper With Home Screen

Anyone know of a way to set wallpaper so that is maintains its look when you rotate the phone to landscape? I've recently found the need to be able to rotate my home screen on a regular basis (using Nova Launcher), but I hate what it does to my wallpaper. My old Note 8.0 tablet had an option while setting new wallpaper to select what would be shown in both portrait and landscape views. Any such way to do that on the Note 4?

Have you tried using a Live Wallpaper instead of a static one?

I have tried KLWP, but that doesn't play well with landscape mode at all...which sucks because I really enjoy some of the different set ups out there. Some basic LWP do work, but I'd really just prefer to be able to use my static WP.
