Rough edge

One of the edges is a little rough on my Note. Seems like it's sitting slightly askew where the glass and metal meet on the back. The opposite side is perfectly smooth. Can anyone else relate?

Sounds like a defect and a new phone is in order. Only prob is when will u receive it?

After lots of frustration over the phone talking with 7 Tmobile reps, my Note7 is being "exchanged." Had to order a new one and initiate a return on this one. They kept trying to charge me 20 dollars, which I told them was unacceptable. Anyways, my shipping watch begins again. :/

lol i have a slight offset on mine too (way less than urs and not as noticable). Won't bother exchanging it since its in a case anyways.. nothin is perfect

I'm mainly just nervous about the integrity of the waterproofing. Plus, I'm worth it.
