I'm currently on. 181 ota. Can I sbf back to .173 and root from there? Its been a while since I've had a moto. I had the X when it launched.

Haha download the ICS utility in the" ICS Do It" thread. Its just under 7 gigs.

Here's a YouTube video with links and instructions. It's actually 6.14.75 that allows you to revert back to GB if I remember correctly. It's a fairly simple process if you're already on stock GB 6.12.173.

ICS Utility

Here is the link. Download and extract. Run utility and follow directions but make sure you don't update to .181 and stay on .173 then after everything is ready flash the ICS leak for .173 there are two to choose from. You will see what I'm talking about once you are there.
