Run down of steps to take?

Hey all,

Sorry if this has been covered already, but my GoogleFu is weak today. Right now I'm on a rooted version of Froyo (EC05) with nothing else fancy going on. Can anyone point me to a good tutorial or thread that tells me what I need to do to update to GB? The only reason that I actually rooted in the first place is to get WiFi Tether up and running.

I guess the first question should have been, is it even worth going through the trouble to try and update to GB if I'm otherwise happy with the way my phone is running?

Well if you do decide its worth updating then you can use the following thread to flash a custom mostly stock version of official GB on your device...
