Running Intervals - by distance. Any app?

I have a Garmin VivoActive Music that I used for running intervals. I have a bad knee and long distances are no longer possible so I set up different interval workouts. For example, walk .14 miles, jog .18 miles, walk .14 miles, jog .18 miles. Then, I would set up another workout: walk .14 miles, jog .25 miles, walk .14 miles, jog .25 miles, etc.

I stopped over the Winter and exercised on an elliptical machine. With nicer weather coming and a new watch on my wrist (Fossil 5th gen) - is there an app that can do that? Will I always need to bring my phone or can it pair after I return???

Any help would be appreciated.

You posted in the Wear OS for iPhone forum -- do you have an iPhone, or do you want me to move it to the general Wear OS forum (or Fossil forum)?

Seems to me, there needs to be a subcatagory for WearOS General in Android phones and / separately under IOS. Very confusing.

Ok, moved. I think it makes sense to have the Wear OS for iPhone forum grouped under the main Wear OS forum -- but it would probably be better to have it lower on the list, since there are probably relatively few people who use a Wear OS watch with an iPhone. I'll suggest that to the Community Manager. @Bla1ze, what do you think?

I agree with you, it's there because there's not really enough interest to put it in its own section/category. It was placed at the top, just so it wasn't completely buried under all the devices, however.
