Running "maps" apps

If I open the running apps (default thing in the Settings) - see the "Maps" apps 3 times: twice with "1 process and 1 service" and once "0 process and 1 service"

Is it normal?

Yes this is fine. If you click into each one you can see the process name. Its not just maps, its also the location service (Google Now, and others requiring location).
They're bucketed under the Maps app.
