I am pretty consistently getting a FC when accessing Applications/Running Services. The error message is: "The application settings (process com.Android.Settings) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again...force close." Sometimes re-booting fixes it but not all the time. I am running stock 2.1. Anyone seen this before and have an idea how to fix? Thanks in advance.

If you found you got this just after installing something, thats more than likely the app you need to uninstall to fix it. You can't use the 'Manage Application' procedure so what you do is go to Android Marketplace, and install an app called 'Quick Uninstaller'. Run this app and remove the last thing you installed, re-start the phone, and you should then again be able to open 'Manage Application' without that error message.

The last app I installed was ADW Launcher a week or so ago but I have since uninstalled it. Maybe I should do a factory reset and see if that fixes it. Thanks for the info on Quick Uninstaller...good to know.

Yea that's the other fix. Wasn't sure if you felt like doing a factory reset though. Its a pain. Goodluck.
