Running slowly and freezing since last update

Since last sofware uptade it all runs slowly and constant freezing and have to reboot
What could I do to solve this problem?
I tried all like close open apps running in the background,clearing cache, history, memory boost...all less a resseting from factory

When you say you tried clearing the cache, how did you do it? Settings or in recovery mode?

I used an app named AppMgr III to clear all cache at once

Try booting into recovery mode and doing it there. Hold home + volume up + power for a few seconds, and then use the volume buttons to navigate to wipe cache partition. Then use the power button to select options.

When I hold volume up plus home plus power my Samsung just reboots, it doesn't come out any option to clear cache
