Running Spartan with S3

Anyone run a Spartan or Tough Mudder in their S3? I'm wondering if the bezel could handle the dust, dirt and mud. It would be cool to see a data log from such a race.

I did find Samsung sponsors Tough Mudder and even had the watch in promo shots, while not explicitly mentioning racing with it.

Well, I took a risk and did a Spartan with my S3 and it came through just fine.

Same here. I've read about guys swimming with the S3 but that's alot of money to risk. I'd be happy if it would just track weight lifting! BTW, like the blood wings.

I wear mine in the shower and wore it today while swimming at a waterfall. No issues at all.

Take a look at an app called Skimble. It has a companion app for your S3 as well as a website. This app is the closest thing I've seen to my old Microsoft Band 2.

I'm old school. No tats allowed. That let me get alot of assignments I normally wouldn't have been considered for due to identifying marks. Now I'm too old and it'd just look weird.

I'll look at Skimple and see if it does it for me. And being able to swim in this thing takes it to the top of functionality for me.
