S-Health backup failed

Hi,

Every time I try to do a s-health back up manually it says "backup failed" anyone else had this problem?

Also I am a long term apple user had every iPhone and recently switched to the S5 loving it so far; with apple everything backed up to the icloud and it was easy to swap phones, what backup tool is best for the S5 in case I ever have to swap phones (damaged or stolen) etc.?
