S Health Changing Entered Food to "Unknown"

I have started using this app after being away from it for some time. I noticed that after I have entered food for a meal and go back in, minutes, hours or days later, some of the food is missing and some is labeled as "Unknown". It looked fine when I saved it and even looked at it a bit later, but at some point it gets changed or corrupted in some way. Any ideas what is causing this and how to fix it?

This happened to me too. No answers yet? I'll have to write down the foods I have each day and see what is disappearing. I get a message saying apps not synced with S health etc. But of course I am not using other apps
