Hi,
I recently upgraded to an S7 edge from an S6 edge using the Smart-switch app by Samsung at the sprint store. While most of my stuff transferred, I noticed that I lost same app data (like my shazam for eg.) my question is to do with S Health. I’m pretty sure I had my health data backup/sync on my S6 (I could be wrong). When I accessed my S health on the S7, I noticed that it didn’t have any of my health data. I tried calling Samsung support but they weren’t helpful. Is there a way to restore all my health data (like steps, etc?)
 
Ensure you're signed into your Samsung account. If it was sync'd to that account it should work. Also ensure within S-Health settings the Sync is enabled (it wasn't by default for me).
 
You have to manually sync it
Go to the S Health app
More
Settings
Account
Turn Auto sync on and decide if only on WiFi or not
Sync now
That's it!
