S Health Sleep App. Unable to download?

I updated all of my apps through the Samsung App store this morning and now in the S Health app under the apps setting it shows I can download the new sleep app, however I get error 4002 product not available in this store.
Does anyone have any ideas why?

It seems the store is country specific so there must be something wrong about your location if you think it should be there
