S Health will not open

After trying to open S Health it stated I need to update to latest version I did and now it will not open. I tried restarting phone to no avail also tried clearing cache

Open up Galaxy apps and update Samsung health services. Once you do this, launch S Health and it will update again and allow you to login. Otherwise, it will crash.

Thanks, I was having the same problem, your answer did the trick.
 
After I updated it lost all of my past workouts
There should be the backup and restore option that will bring it all back.

I'm rooted and even with all the work arounds I have to use, it maintained my workout data.
 
Sorry but this did not work for me.
It will not open just keeps saying that it has unexpectedly stop working.
I have tried everything I think.

How do you update the health services? I'm looking all over Galaxy Apps and can't find it.
