I hate this app. why cant samsung come up with something better. I wish I had my garmin back the app is so much nicer.

I wish any of many other fitness tracker apps would support the S2. Great device, lack of supported apps. Runtastic, Mapmyrun, Runkeeper, Endomondo, Strava, none of them have any future plans to support the S2.

I am thinking they added a handful of new features/updates to increase the appeal of the Gear Fit 2. There are now individual weight lifting exercises (although I don't why there is an associated timer like running), there's an obvious push torwards step challenges an allows you to compete with friends or other s health users, it uploads your progress to a daily leaderboard to show how you stack up against others. Combines step count across multiple S devices. Various bug fixes and improvements.

Other companies have been doing this, but its nice to see that S Health is catching up a little.

Thanks. I just bought the S2 Classic yesterday and I am forced to use S Health instead of myfitnesspal. S Health is OK, but could use some improvement and integration help.

I'd like to see more activities that can be tracked and a better dashboard of my activities. A separate website would be helpful, similar to Endomondo and Runkeeper.

Which activity (running, cycling, step machine, eliptical, etc.) would be the best measurement of sprinting? You'd think running, but in comparison to friends fitness trackers, shealth underestimate total distance, speed, calories burned when playing soccer, basketball, etc.

How to compete with friends and other s-helath users? There is no such function in the new update...
