S-III never capitalizes words starting with the letter N at the start of a sentence.

It wasn't always this way, but for the last year it has gotten really irritating. The S-III auto caps every first word in a sentence unless it starts with the letter N. It shows up as a capital in the suggestion line, but refuses to capitalize it on typing. Even though the cap function shows it will, it goes instantly to lower case. I've spent months trying to figure this out and the only suggestions are to go to setting and set auto cap. IT IS. Another thing that I just noticed is that it NEVER capitalizes any word with an N as its first letter, even when I set it to cap, like for a proper name.

Install a different keyboard (I've been using SwiftKey Keyboard for years) and see if it still happens (it probably won't). I prefer Swifkey to the Samsung keyboards, but there are many others you can try.
