Can I get the original imei and s/n back with out a back up

I have an galaxy s6 SM-G920I that has an imei that says 350000000000006 and no S/N when I dial *#06# when I received this phone it only had twrp recovery on it the imei is on the back of the phone is there anyway I can get it back to that one ? If not how can I get a proper one?
