S Memo or similar apps

My friend has a Galaxy Nexus and was wondering if there is a S Memo application out there that resembles the one built into the S3 or S4 please?
If not the exact same app, is there one out there in the play store that you would maybe recommend getting that has both text format as well as hand-drawn option please?

Usually, Papyrus is the one most recommended if looking for a S Note "replacement". I don't use it a lot but I use it when I am on a non Touchwiz ROM/CM or AOSP on my Note 2. Not a 100% replacement but it has alot of similarities
