S pen not working on my note 8

I dont know what happened, suddenly my s pen not working at all, and I buy a new s pen and it's still not working, my air command also not showing at screen, what should I do, for ur information I already restart my phone at many times, please help me, or I have bought this phone to repair

Welcome to Android Central! Does the problem also happen in Safe Mode? https://www.t-mobile.com/support/devices/android/samsung-galaxy-note8/safe-mode-samsung-galaxy-note8. If so, then the component of the screen that reads the S Pen input is probably damaged -- you'd probably have to bring the phone to a repair shop.

Where did you get the replacement s pen and you taken it to get repaired already?
