S pen registration

My S pen is off at times.

This a.m. it was good on Craigs list.
Now I go to Craigs List and it always selects the thread above.

trying to use it composing this message and I have to hover about 1 cm below the line to select.

Is this common?

If you're using Chrome to view Craigslist it's a known issue with Chrome and the Note 8.

Well I went to Chrome Beta.
That worked but then I got updated to 4.2.2 and Chrome Beta stopped working, but Chrome works fine.
4.2.2 or a change in Chrome?
WHATEVER!!

If you do a factory data reset everything will start working again and the latest or maybe one back on chrome fixed the issue with the digitizer and being off.
