S-pen/Scrapbook issue

Previously I could use the smart select feature of the S-Pen to take a 'partial screenahot' which would then save the image to the scrapbook where I could then save it to the gallery.
Now when I use smart select it saves in the scrapbook alongside the website URL that I took it from and long pressing doesn't give me the option of saving it to gallery. Like it isn't registering as an image...

Any help?
