S pen stuck, can't get it out.

So my s pen broke while at work, the top of it fell off with the spring. Pretty sure I could fix it. But I was busy so I put the spring in my pocket for safekeeping. Then Put the s pen back in its slot. The Note 5 would buzz every couple seconds warning me about it if I didn't put it in. So I got home and had to wiggle the s pen out. Only problem is that the top came out clean but the bottom piece is still in their. Have spent several minutes trying to get it out with no succes. Any helpful ideas to get it out?

Might be able to use a toothpick to pull it out. Slide it into the hole that the spring is supposed to go into. If it's too small, split the tip with a knife to widen it out.

Make a tube out if thin paper and slide it around the spen, down the inside of the phone. That should trigger it to release.

You have to slide it slowly to keep it from bending the paper.

When mine broke like that I used a hemostat to get it out.
