Hi! This morning I was taking notes and put my s-pen back in my phone like I always do (now I'm wondering if I did so backwards) but it's now stuck. It does not click out like it always has. Does anyone have tips on how to remove it? Thanks!

It sounds like the release spring is stuck. After you get the pen out, if you are still having issues, you may need to get it replaced.

First, there's no spring release that ejects the S-pen.
Second, it's impossible to insert it backwards. They corrected that a year or two ago.
What most likely happened is the clicker on top of the S-pen broke somehow. I can't think of any other way it wouldn't come out, unless you had some gunk on the S-pen itself the last time you inserted it into your phone.

Pardon me for not being more clear. Yes, there is a spring. It's in the S pen itself. When you press it, the end pops out allowing you to pull the pen out. When you put it back in, it clicks closed, making it flush with the chassis. If that spring is stuck, the end won't pop out and you can't grab it to pull it out. If that spring is bad then you need to replace the S pen.
