S Voice Help

I deleted my S Voice content but now it doesnt have a voice command. How do i record a new voice command??

Also, is S Voice the same as google Now i have seen people mention? if not, what is Google now?

can anyone give me a little more info on S Voice vs. Google Now at least?? much appreciated.
