S-Voice - Languages Disappear on S3

Hi everyone,

I got a problem with S-Voice on my S3. After updating firmware, some languages for S-Voice are not available anymore.
Before I could choose English, Spanish, German, French, Italian or Korean but now, only English (both UK and US) and Korean can be used.
Does anyone know how to re-activate the previous languages.

I tried to clear data of S-Voice, didn't work. Is it possible that according to the country where you are, the updates will automatically select/restraint some options.
I live in Thailand, was thinking that probably update has been applied to the Asian area and automatically limited access to European standard options, like a regional update or somethin...
