S Voice not finding ANY contact!!

I got my S7 two weeks ago. I'm trying to use S Voice to call or text. It doesn't work. I know I can use Google Voice but S Voice SHOULD work. I even spoke to support who made me try a bunch of things but nothing worked. The only time it did was after deleted app data then tried it, it worked the first time but if I leave the app and come back it doesn't work anymore. I even did a hard reset and reinstalled it this morning, NOTHING does it...

Does anyone have a suggestion?

S voice is a POS. No one uses it for a very good reason.

I know you would like to have S Voice work, but I wouldn't even bother if I were you. S Voice, when working, can be dodgy at best.

Google Voice Search does everything S Voice can do and more. It is also much better at doing it.

It is nice to have everything work as it should, but you might consider just disabling it. That would be my suggestion

Thanks guys. I thought that's what I would get given S Voice's reputation. I hope Bixby is better for the sake of Samsung.
