S10 / AT&T Phone not receiving calls?

Calls to my new phone are going directly to voicemail. I can make outgoing calls. Airplane mode is not on. Thanks in advance, guys.

Make sure like mention dnd, bixby routine, digital well being not the cause, if all check out ok maybe try your sim in another phone see if it's still a issue.
