s10 galaxy phone.. when I voice text it duplicates what I am saying at least twice

how to stop my voice messaging to stop duplicating my phrases

Your using default Samsung voice to text? If so change it to Google by going settings>general management>text to speech>prefer engine words tap not the cog wheel.
