S10+ Network Error pop-up

I keep getting a network error pop-up when doing things like switching between apps. I have reset network settings and reset all settings, but it hasn't worked either times. Any solutions?

Put it in safe mode and monitor for little bit if it's still happening , this will disable any 3red party apps , also if you have your spouse or family member on same carrier put their sim and see if it still happens

The screenshot you posted said "FOX SportNetworkError" - that's from Fox. Do you have any other sources, or are all the errors from Fox? (If they are, it's the Fox network, not anything to do with your phone.)

No, the "Fox Sport" part is what's in the underlying text, and the "Network Error" is in the transparent popup window. It just looks like "Fox SportNetwork Error" due to the superimposition.
