S10 plus dual speakers not working during a call can it be solved?

I have a samsung galaxy s10 plus and its dual speakers do not work while i put my call on speaker phone or even when i am receiving a phone call the ringtone is just playing from the bottom speaker. Can it be solved

This post has been in the back of my mind since I visited it yesterday... I actually thought you might have gotten a response by now. I'm not sure both speakers play when it's on speaker phone... I mean it's a simple matter to see if both work, play a video and then hold up either end to your ear and see if they both play. Personally I haven't taken a call in several days and don't really have anyone to just call to check this out.

There's nothing wrong with your phone.

Most phones with dual speakers don't use both for speaker phone calls (only media). There is nothing wrong with your phone.

I don't mean to go against anyone here, but my AT&T Galaxy S10 uses both speakers while on a call via speakerphone.

I just called 611 (AT&T customer service) to verify it, and sound indeed comes out of the earpiece and bottom speaker for sure.

That's just my experience.

Hi,Mate 20 Pro uses both speaker.but you have to activate it in the in call screen.

Yes it does.but they arent equally loud.maybe thats why OP thought it only uses 1 speaker.

Hello, I know I'm rather late to this but I've only just got my s10plus and noticed that the media volume in the top speaker isn't as loud as the bottom speaker is this normal? My mother's is the same I'm just double checking for assurances ;=)

Welcome to Android Central! Do you have a case on? If so, try taking it off and see if it still sounds uneven.
