Wi-Fi radio doesn't seem to work well, not sure if anything else I can try.

I have done a factory reset on my Asus RT-AX58U, and all other Wi-Fi devices working fine.

I bit the bullet and did a complete factory reset on my phone this morning.

everything works well when on 4G, as soon as I enable Wi-Fi I get errors and connectivity issues.

using channels not used by neighbors.

various apps like WhatsApp always saying it can not use Wi-Fi and requesting to switch to cellular data.

willing to buy a new phone, need Dual-SIM

thanks for any ideas

Make sure no ad blockers, virus cleaners or VPN

Then check in safe mode

Also check what's enable in wifi settings and wifi apl.control history?

I'll try to test on another WiFi network, I stream 4k on my wireless network here and use several devices with no problems.

I just did a factory reset and do not really use adblockers or VPN on my phone.

I'll test in Safe Mode today.

thanks for the replies.

It seemed to work okay in safe mode. I restarted and working at the moment.

I did turn off WiFi calling, I really think this feature was causing issues on my unlocked international phone on T-Mobile.

thank you again for the help.

I hope the S21 will come in a dual-SIM version, since eSIM appears to be useless for us in the US.
