Question S10E internet connection

Hi, my problem is that my Samsung S10E regularly loses wifi signal in the house, and displays this message "Connected without Internet". There are several other devices using the same router that do not have any wifi problems.

The only way to regain a wifi signal is to bring the phone up close to the router.

Can anyone help with this, please?

Are you using a wi-fi extender? Those often don't work very well (at least in my experience).
Hi, I've rebooted the router several times, with no effect. I do use a wifi extender (provided by the service provider) and I'm doubtful that it improves the signal.

I will work through the troubleshooting guide you provided, thank you, and report back.

Try unplugging the extender and see if that helps, at least when the phone is within range of the main router. Also consider getting a mesh wi-fi system, which generally works much better than extenders (but I realize that they tend to be pricier).
