S10e reporting 3 times mobile usage than carrier

This is happening with me as well with the S10 plus, phone is showing 12 gig but my carrier site shows 2 gig

No one seems to have a fix , I have suggested try another App in play store that monitors data see if it's a workaround.

looks like the last update fixed it. i'm 3 weeks into my plan (didn't change any dates) and it says i'm only at 4GB.
